A 28-year-old man died after fainting from his 2.4km run during his IPPT, in the course of his in-camp training. (Yahoo! file photo)
A man died in hospital on Tuesday morning after fainting in camp during his individual physical proficiency test (IPPT) at Kranji Camp, said the Ministry of Defence.
28-year-old Li Hongyang, a security trooper from the 62nd Combat Service Support Battalion, fainted after completing his 2.4km run at 8:38am.
He was undergoing his IPPT at Kranji Camp III on Tuesday, said a statement released by the ministry on Tuesday afternoon.
After being attended to by a medic on-site, he was brought to the Kranji Medical Centre where a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) doctor attended to him five minutes later.
Li was then sent in an ambulance to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital at 9am. Despite continued attempts to resuscitate him en route to the hospital, Li was pronounced dead at 9:40am, 20 minutes after reaching there.

I know its 2 january today. Omg! So fast and its yr 2012. which means im gonna be 21 yrs old this year. damn scary. I feel old.
i really hope 2012 would be a good good year ahead for me, my family, my friends and US. I think i will expect a no. Of changes:
My big bro will be renovating their new home and most likely shifting in this coming few months. Kind of sad . I will miss them , cause i have lesser ppl to talk to. And im scared that we will be drifted. You know the feeling? really feel that we are all grown up , and slowly starting own family. I have 3 niece ! Cant imagine when i think back
& my mum’s health , hope that everything will be alright. I know it will! gonna start taking some meds for that and regular check.
Random, seriously i cant tahan how she take her ipad everywhere! Using facebook and playing the farming game. Seriously *rolling my eye balls* . Hahaha. Imagine her snapping nice photo and post on facebook. Argh. So young and hip right. Hahahah. Bth. And she keep saying why i dont have.

&as for my work. Hope everyday gets better. More Outings with colleagues, teamwork gets stronger. Most imptly hope that the ward gets less busy. and more $$$$. Hehhe. Greedy abit, hope all my patients love me . Wahaha.

First time going to USS ytd with veron and mich. And the peak period entrance ticket cost like $74 . Its really super expensive. And the crowd is……. like orchard road lorr!!! So many foreigners too. Kind of sian queuing for every single thing.
But at least we managed to take the red and blue roller coaster . We queue for almost an hour for each ride, and really damn if unable to ride for more than 2 times . Imagine the tickets already so ex. But damn happy cause abt 7 plus the queue turn out to be 10 mins. Lols. Super shiok . Play till no kick . Me and veron managed to pull mich for the blue ride. Lols. And i know she will nvr trust me again

Lols. Seriously damn shiok. &&&& I will nvr ever forget the man who sit beside me. Hahahaha! Damn funny .the sound effect he make. Hahaha!
The mummy ride was shiok too!
The transformer ride took us abt 100mins to queue!!! But the 4D effect really . Kind of lucky for us cause whenever we took rides, we will always get the first few rows. Lols.
The weather was quite a spoiler !! Drizzle from the moment we went there . On &off till we head back home abt 9 plus. Argh!!! But at least its not heavy rain, if not my dont know how many times.
I really miss the goldilock chickens now. Cause im damn hungry ,2am you know…..

Okkie. Im on annual leave for 6 days. And here comes 2012 soon after. So fast each year pass. How i wish certain days i love will nvr pass .
i know at times i need to refrain myself from thinking too much. But im trying veryyyyyyyyy hard.
Because when i love, i love too hard. When i think, i think too much. and i expect too much sometimes i get myself disappointed. Argh. Hate myself really!
Okkie. Anyway got a GUESS necklace from my colleague. I love it. But but it will look super wierd on me .. Like bling bling .Because its very sliverrr. If only its in dirty sliver colour. .
So after using my so-called ” brown leather wallet” for like since sec 3?? 5 years plus, finally i bought myself a decent but huge hot pink wallet. Lols.
Seriously i hope it will not be a place to keep my receipt. Hahaha

Post-night ytd, managed to catch 3 hrs of slp @ home (after working for like 13hrs ? eh! ) lols. Went down to cineleisure straight for some “kinect” fun. Super high , jump like a mad women inside the room with my colleagues. Haha Seriously dont know where my energy came from. Post night somemore. Argh. But Aways feel that i have Super acidic stomach after night shift & its something that i really cant take it . Somemore it last for a few days.

Watched online movies at home . Seriously “HACHI” the dog movie based on real life story really made me cry. So touching. A dog who nvr fails to wait for his master at the rail way station even the master Had passed away for 9years. So sad.
And i re-watched “fast five” because its so nice. Cant wait for “fast six”. and i will definitely watch it in cinema this time !!!
